Happy Springtime, Everybody!

~~ Or so they say. No wonder our Quote for Today Committee chose Mark Twain’s “In the Spring, I have counted 136 different kinds of weather inside of 24 hours.

~~ Last night Newt Gingrich was in town raising fat cat cash for Steve Chabothead. Today Disingenuous DemocRAT House Majority Leader Steny Hoyer will be here for Ditzy DemocRAT Icky Vicky Wulsin (Millionaire-Indian Hill). Nobody any good seems to be willing to come in for That Lying Plagiarizing Meddling Overblown Tax-and-Spend RINO Bitch Mean Jean “Hoffman” Schmidt.

~~ While the buzz this week is still all about Obama, National Political Analyst Britt Humus says Barack Obama’s record is now clear for all to see. For two decades, Obama has been attending a church where paranoid hatred of America is preached on a regular basis. Fox's Bill O'Reilly says it’s a major scandal that threatens to derail Barack Obama's campaign for the DemocRAT presidential nomination, but the mainstream media is treating it as a minor political scuffle. Hereabouts, Fellating Fishwrapper Huggable Howard sounds like his making excuses for Obama’s racist minister.

~~ Conservative Curmudgeon Stu Mahlin says it's difficult to decide which story is funnier: "Animal House," "The Blues Brothers," or Huggable Howard’s "Was Pastor Misunderstood?" Each has a lasting catch-phrase: In “Animal House” it was "Toga!" In “The Blues Brothers,” it was "We're on a mission from God!" And in Huggable’s “Was Pastor Misunderstood?,” the word was "Context!" What a load of crap.

~~ So Barack Obama wants us to believe that he was unaware of the teachings of his good friend and advisor, Rev. Wright, because he wasn't in church the days any controversial statements were made. Surprise, surprise, it turns out he was. The initial spin from his camp was that the release of the audio tapes from the Racist Reverend Wright’s hate-mongering sermons was, in itself, suspicious. It didn't take but a second to point out that those sermons were offered on the church's website, and you can order all the DVDs you want at $14.95 apiece. Then we were told that to even discuss the sermons was inherently racist- a notion that, while given plenty of airtime, was pretty much rejected even by the Kneepads Liberals in the Press. Then the new pastor of Trinity Church who ascended to the throne upon Reverend Wright’s recent hasty retirement told his congregation not to speak to the press— in other words, "Don't Snitch!" So where in all these lies, obfuscation, and racial politics is the evidence of "change?"

~~ Debra from Anderson says I go to church-an evangelical church. You know, the "Religious Right." I have never heard rhetoric of this nature from the pulpit. I have never heard a pastor or a speaker explain Black people to me. I have never heard a pastor or a speaker damn the US. If I had, I would have walked out. What's more, I would not have returned, whether I'd been married in the church, baptized in the church or anything else in the church. And so would every other person I know. I wouldn't wait until I had something to lose by my association, or "mentally" distance myself from the “remarks.” And I sure as hell would not expose children to that church.

~~ And for all Kneepads who sat mute when Rev. Sharpton claimed that United Church of Christ was a "white" church: There isn't supposed to be any such thing, you twits! Your fellow congregants may be mostly white or mostly black, but your Bible, your God, your Savior are supposed to be the same.

~~ Meanwhile at the BUZZ, afternoon whiner Jeri Tolliver says "Whites need a Negro Tour Guide! and Obama is the one to do it.”

~~ Hurley the Historian says on this date in 1854 the Republican Party was founded in Ripon, Wisconsin, where former members of the Whig Party met to establish a new party to oppose the spread of slavery into the western territories. Let’s see if any of our racial racketeers and enablers in the drive-by media remember to mention that today, along with Eliot Spitzer’s political party.

~~ Wednesday’s item citing the conspicuous absence by the judicial Mallory brothers at the "Bench and Bar Social" hosted at the Empty Uppity Oprah Winfrey Campaigning for Obama, Under-funded, Ugly-ass Poorly-Planned Unnagraown Ray roe Museum Not-so-Free-dom Center by the Cincinnati Bar Association drew this reader’s rebuke:

Dear Mr. Kane:

Your fine publication has already established that Dwane and William Jr. are the products of two of Bill's white girlfriends. Da judges are HALF brothers (in every way). Errors like this are what one might expect from the Fishwrap. Thank you in advance for correcting the record.

~~ Conservative Critic Will duRANT IV gave us our comeuppance too when we cited those “12 million illegal immigrants who were allowed to stay, protest, procreate, receive welfare, attend schools, avoid paying income taxes, and cause our teachers to take 300 hours of Spanish as a Second Language and training at our expense."

Dear Citizen:

There have been "12 million illegals" here since -- when? -- 2002? That's the number EVERYbody uses. But they keep coming and keep dropping babies. It’s probably 30 million by now, or even 40 million.

We stand corrected.

~~ How close will Odd Todd Opportune come to home plate when he embarrasses himself by throwing out the first pitch at the Reds’ Opening Day? Should we have a contest? And will it be worse than last year, when Cincinnati’s Dainty DemocRAT Mayor Mark Mallory embarrassed the City for weeks on national TV?

~~ In Columbus, Buckeye Bureau Chief Gerry Manders says after bragging last year to a national newspaper about a contribution from (now) disgraced former New York Gov. Eliot Spitzer, Ohio’s Devious DemocRAT Attorney General Marc Dann now says the donation never existed. So what else does Marc Dann lie to reporters about?

~~ In the continuing saga about Failed Cincinnati Public Schools new SPCA principal Dennis Matt hews, sources have told us Matt hews isn't limiting his harassing language to the girl students. We hear Matt hews has also been heard calling male students "stud" and "stallion" and asking them "How's it hangin'?"

~~ Lakota School District certainly seems to be having race problems that won't go away, mainly because the district leaders aren't handling them properly. There was that question over the Agatha Christie play, and now Lakota Ridge Jr. School social studies teacher Matt hew Waits seems to be getting away with constant racial slurs aimed at his African-American students, with the Lakota school board and superintendent Mike Taylor looking the other way, merely giving him a slap on the wrist with a short suspension. Meanwhile, Waits continues his racial antics, as every student in his classes can tell you.

~~ Yoofs at Woodward High School want the public to provide $33,000 to them so they can travel in style down to New Orleans to maybe build something. Just what the people in New Orleans need, a group of high school yoofs with few skills invading their damaged city. They still want $9,000 for the junket and some area bleeding heart fool will give it to them. Note to Mrs. Buckwheat and the donors: Are you willing to assume all blame when the students travel 1,394 miles roundtrip from Cincinnati and are accosted by perverts and thieves, or wander off, decide to do some shoplifting or worse? Wonder how much of the money the sponsor of the trip will skim off? And we all know there won't be any public accounting of how the money is spent.

~~ East Price Hill residents want the police to stop roving bands of da brothers and the stone throwing sisters. How about a trolley that would pick them up and take them for a ride to Over-the-Rhine and Clifton and back each night with the mayor as the tour guide?

~~ Incoming Hamilton County GOP Party Boss Judge Alex Triantafilou (pronounced Alex) says he’s already had a little action on his brand new blog. See what the first person to comment told him.

~~ Finally, with only 229 more days till the November Elections, we got an e-mail from Duffy “The Marcus Exploiter” Beischel telling us that the Anderson Township Republican Club meeting, originally scheduled for April 2, had been cancelled because they could not find a speaker.

Duffy also said “Please be sure to regularly visit the club website for more news and important updates.” We checked at press time, and here’s what we saw:

Bluegrass BB&BJ’s

~~ Bluegrass Bureau Chief Ken CamBoo says Tuesday our Local Kneepad Liberals in the Press were all open-mouthed when Former Pants-Dropper-in-Chief Bill Clinton was in Lawrenceburg shilling for Hillary. NoKY Fishwrapper Patsy Crowley got to interview all the hicks. The world will little note nor long remember what Patsy wrote.

~~ The CamBoozler also says after hearing Barack OBama’s speech on Tuesday, we should be taking orders for a new Bumper Sticker that says “I STILL DON’T FEEL GUILTY.”

~~ And how about dedicating April as “Absolve Your Sin Month?” This would allow all politicians who will be running in the May Primary to ask noKY voters for forgiveness. The politicians that do not have primaries may also want to write the Blower and confess like the recently appointed Governor of New York and his wife have done. The politicians who choose not to take advantage of this will find their names in bold print in the Blower between May 1 and the primary on May 20, because e-mails have been flying in since the Spitzer Sex Scandal.

~~ Ken CamBoo wonders if Bluegrass DemocrATS ever figured out where that extra $4,300 miscellaneous entertainment item went that they cannot account for when they brought the ex-Governor of New York in here for a fund-raiser. The members of the Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce said they don’t appreciate guys coming in here from New York inflating the price of Kentucky products.

~~ John McCain says after watching a tape of the Boone County Republican Convention at the Court House on Saturday, he had only one thought: Now that’s the way I like to see Republicans behave.

~~ Patsy Crowley says he will never again ask someone to post something on his blog, Patsy said on Sunday he asked if anyone had any information on the Boone County Republican Convention held Saturday at the Courthouse and he had 75 posts by Monday. Patsy said those all came from Gary Moore explaining how he had kicked ass. Ken CamBoo said it’s a good thing that the Convention was held on Saturday instead of a weekday or it would have cost the over-taxed payers of Boone County hundreds of thousand of dollars in lost wages.

~~ Gex “Rhymes with Sex” Williams wrote the Blower to ask if anyone had written to report that the Gexster had been at the GOP Convention in Boone County . He didn’t run for anything, but he still lost.

~~ The DemocRats in the Kentucky House of Representatives said with the way the value of the dollar has fallen this week, Over-taxed Payers of Kentucky are getting a real deal with this year’s budget.

~~ Finally, why were Covington Police summoned to City Commission Chambers during the last meeting? Did someone finally give Steve “I’m 5’0, Not 4’ 11” Megerle the ass-kicking that the little midget deserves?!
